Transaction Management

Listing Services -

Residential 1-4 units

Provide comprehensive support to streamline your listing process, from the executed contract to pre-listing launch on the MLS.

Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of overseeing your transaction from the executed contract to the final day of closing.

Compliance Review -

We conduct a thorough review of your transaction file and verify that all necessary disclosures are accurately completed, dated, and signed. Should any information be missing or incorrect, we will provide you with a detailed list for your review and correction.

Scheduling-

We will schedule any inspection, staging, cleaning, photography appointments for either the Buyer or Seller

MLS Management-

Prepare everything needed for the listing to be added to the MLS including disclosures, inspections, photographs, Open House information, and more.

To better meet your needs, we provide extended business hours allocating an additional 20 hours of availability per week:

Post Close Package -

After successfully closing, the client is presented with a thoughtfully prepared post-closing package to mark the momentous occasion. The package is designed to offer convenience, important documentation, and a heartfelt gesture of appreciation. It serves as a wonderful way for the agent to extend their support beyond the closing date, showing genuine care for their clients by making the transition into their new home more memorable.

Bookkeeping Service -

Scalable and Cost-Effective Bookkeeping Services that transform your business and prepare you for tax season. Our monthly service includes Bank Reconciliations, Credit Card Expense Tracking and Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Expenses classification.
