How do I submit a new file?

​Please use the Agent Portal link to submit any new contracts.  The process is very quick and completely online via a transaction submission form.

You may call or text during normal business hours or email at any time.  Upon submitting your file, we will provide you with our direct contact information.

When do you begin to work on my file?

Your file is onboarded the same day you submit it and is updated as information is received and verified. We strive to keep your file current on a daily basis.

Will you have contact with my clients?

It is most efficient if we communicate directly with your clients however, this is entirely your choice.  We will include you on all email communication to ensure you’re always aware as questions are raised, and updates are available.

What do you do with the completed file?

​Upon close of escrow, the completed broker file is submitted directly to your broker.  An electronic file is available for 30 days on our cloud-based platform for you to download.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Absolutely not. We are paid for our services if you're compensated for your services.  We will assist with the cancellation documentation send it to the clients for signature and submit the completed form to escrow.

Is there a long-term commitment to working with Silicon Valley TC?
