To ensure we have all the necessary information to serve you effectively, and minimize any future interruptions, please complete this submission form. Having the following documents on hand will be helpful:

  • MLS Print Out  |  Agent and Client View

  • Property Profile

  • Escrow / Title information

  • Your Client's contact information

Files submitted after 2:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting your contract for processing, you acknowledge and consent to our terms of service as outlined in our Engagement Agreement.

 

New contracts will be processed the same day as we receive your complete contract submission, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays if received by 2:00 pm. Any contract received after 2:00 pm will be processed the following business day. Contracts not fully executed or missing documents will result in delayed processing. 

By submitting this form you authorize Silicon Valley TC to provide listing management services on your behalf for this transaction as outlined in the new client guide.

Silicon Valley TC payment is due within 24 hours of listing going live on the MLS.
